Q: If the grass walls are squashed during transportation or machine washing, how can I loosen them? How do I deal with scattered flowers or leaves?
A: Just use the hair dryer in a cool environment and run your fingers through it! It is normal for a few leaves to loosen during transportation-don't worry. Just bounce the end of the flower/leaf back onto the nail on the backing of the panel.
